| Every strategy in Stat Swap is still good, you just have to find a new Pokemon to do it, in this thread, I'd like to point out the priority users I've noticed, and for everyone else to post whatever I miss. Also this list is critical in the decision of whether or not to ban Cloyster from Stat Swap since it has 180 SpA now and we'll definitely need a lot of priority options to deal with it.
Azumarill is the one Pokemon on the list that was already a priority user and is now better. Its attack has gone up from 50 to 80 and its speed has gone up from 50 to 100. While it used to be best to run it bulky, it could now be worth it to run it with max speed. Choosing Jolly could be worth it in this case, speed tying Jellicent could actually help you deal with it with its now lower bulk and your now higher attack. The rest of the relevant things you outspeed with Jolly are Torterra, Umbreon, Gyarados, Slowbro, Slowking, Milotic, Heatran, Cobalion, Virizion, Nidoqueen, Articuno, and Donphan.
Mr. Mime gets 120 attack now, and can use Technician Fake Out better than Persian ever did. For additional coverage, Zen Headbutt, Wake-up Slap, and Aerial Ace are good choices.
Scizor is now a special wall, with Roost, which is fantastic, but it also has decent priority with 100 SpA and 80 Atk, leaving Vacuum Wave and Bullet Punch to compete for a move slot.
Hitmontop now gets 110 Attack to go with Technician, making it currently the hardest hitting of the technician users with Mach Punch, it also has Bullet Punch and Sucker Punch. Basically consider Hitmontop the new Scizor, except it gets Rapid Spin.
Medicham has better attack than before. Fake Out and Bullet Punch might be able to kill some things now. Overal Medicham is still probably terrible, but worth mentioning.
Togekiss gets Hustle and Extreme Speed with 115 attack, It also has Aerial Ace for back up safe Hustle coverage. While it's probably obvious, Togekiss does not learn Hone Claws. Drain Punch (or if you have a death wish, Focus Punch) fills out the coverage nicely, and for the last move, either pick something to snipe threats with or give it Roost or Heal Bell.
Poliwrath Has 90 Spe, 95 SpA, and 90 Atk. It competes with Scizor with its Vacuum Wave and can actually run an offensive set with better coverage than Scizor and access to Encore never hurt anyone.

| A few more that can be mentioned:
Dusclops may not be too, too bad. It now has 130 attack and special attack, and its 25 / 70 / 60 defenses can be somewhat boosted from Evolite (assuming Evolite works the same way) It gets Shadow Sneak, and is one of the best users of it, apart from maybe Duskonir. The reason to use Dusclops though would be its Evolite-boosted defenses, something that Duskonir doesn't get.
Ledian may need to be mentioned here as well, as it gets an Iron Fist-boosted Mach Punch. It now has 110 base attack, which make moves like Mach Punch and Ice Punch useable. Unfortunately for Ledian, its defesnes still aren't that great.
While Hitmontop is still good with Technician-boosted moves, you can't overlook Hitmonchan here. It has the same base attack as Hitmontop, and it has greater overall bulk than Hitmontop as well (Hitmontop has 70 HP, 35 Def, and 95 SpDef compared to Hitmonchan's 76 HP, 35 Def, and 105 SpDef) While Hitmonchan may not quite be as powerful as Hitmontop, Hitmonchan gets good coverage moves like Ice Punch, and a lot of those are boosted from Iron Fist. Hitmonlee actually has greater bulk than Hitmonchan, but Hitmonlee doesn't have any priority-boosting abilities.
Cryogonal actually boasts the tier's most powerful Ice shard. It has 105 HP, 135 Attack, 95 defense, 30 special attack, 50 special defense, and 70 speed. In other words, it really isn't that bad statwise, since its kind of bulky now. However, its movepool absolutely sucks, as moves like Return, Ice Shard, and Night Slash are its best moves.
Articuno, on the other hand, actually becomes a decent Pokémon in this tier. it has 125 attack, 100 special attack, and 90 speed (which all were boosted from where they were before). It can be an effective user of Ice Shard, and can sort of go mixed (as its physical options are lacking).

| All items still work the same way, it's only the base stats that are changed, so Dusknoir is a more powerful priority user than Dusclops. There's really just no reason to run Dusclops since Dusknoir already has so much better of natural bulk and better attack that can be boosted by a life orb or choice band. | |
