| Breakdown's newest tier is Stat Swap Standard, it utilizes a mod that switches HP and Speed (HP and Spe), Attack and Special Defense (Atk and SpD), and Special Attack and Defense (SpA and Def). The ban list is currently identical to Breakdown Standard's ban list, but that may change, it won't be voted on (at least in our traditional way) because Gen 6 will likely be playable before we have time to vote. For anyone who doesn't immediately understand the mod, an example of what it changes is below. Unmodded:HP | 58 | 226-320 | Atk | 59 | 94-218 | Def | 145 | 265-427 | SpA | 95 | 177-317 | SpD | 105 | 193-339 | Spe | 30 | 58-174 | Modded:Spe | 58 | 226-320 | SpD | 59 | 94-218 | SpA | 145 | 265-427 | Def | 95 | 177-317 | Atk | 105 | 193-339 | HP | 30 | 58-174 |

| Wow, that means that Blissey has a ton of speed and decent attack. (it has 255 base speed and 135 base attack)
This also means... - That Snorlax has 160 base speed and still has 110 attack and special defense. - That Cresselia has 120 speed, 130 attack, and 120 special attack - That Rhyperior actually is a special sweeper, with 115 speed, 130 base special attack, and a whopping 140 base special defense. Combined with Solid Rock, it may actually be able to take special attacks now. - That Azumarill has 80 base attack and 100 base speed. It was a good Pokémon with only 50 base attack and Huge Power; now its attack power has increased by 60%. (It can actually have an attack stat of 568 with Huge Power...wow) - That Kyogre becomes a physical Pokémon and Groudon becomes a special Pokémon, which is quite funny. - That Hustle Togekiss might actually be used (it would have base 115 attack with stabbed Extremespeed) - That Deoxys Attack form becomes the bulkiest Pokémon in existence, with 150 base HP, 180 base defense, and 180 base special defense. - That Shuckle has 230 base attack and special attack, but can be knocked out by nearly any attack, as it has a whopping base 5 HP, base 10 defense, and base 10 special defense. It may have to be banned though, as it could potentially sweep teams with Sturdy + Shell Bell + 4 good attacks. It also has Shell Smash, which could give it attacking stats more than 1100 AT LEAST (if EVs are put into both offenses) for both attack and special attack after a boost.
All in all, this tier sounds fun.

| Actually, it's kind of funny that you mentioned so many things we've already talked about privately, but yes, they're all pretty outstanding. The two things on the list that were news to me were the Kyogre and Groudon role swaps and the idea of Shell Bell Shuckle. It sounds trucking terrifying if it works. I'd say you're not going to get away with shell smash unless it's on the mentioned Shell Bell because Shuckle's new 20 Base Speed isn't going to be remedied by a single smash.
BTW I'm going to start making discussion threads in the Competitive Discussion section.

| A few more things:
Regice has the second-highest attack stat in this tier (at 200) and it can use it well, with moves like Ice Punch, Earthquake, Rock Slide, and Superpower. It also has 80 speed, so it could go Scarfed and do decently well.
Also, Regirock has the second-highest special attack (also at 200) but unlike Regice, Regirock can't quite use it as well. It does have access to moves like Thunderbolt, Earth Power, and Hidden Power, so it isn't all bad.
You also can't overlook how good Carracosta just got. It now has base 133 special attack and base 72 speed, plus Sturdy, so those Shell Smashes can really hurt opponents. In a similar vein, Crustle and Omastar all have higher speeds, 125 base special attack, and Shell Smash now.
What would happen to Shedinja exactly? If it gets the 40 HP stat, then it could be really, really hard to take down, since you can't just status it / sandstorm it / hail it to death. However, Shedinja gets 30 attack and 45 special attack, so it will be hard pressed to deal direct damage.
