Time for tier voting. Whatever is voted here will become official on our server as soon as possible. That being said, here's how to vote.
STAY: Voting stay on a Pokemon means you believe it should stay in the tier it is currently in.
ABSTAIN: You have no opinion on the pokemon in question and don't care if it stays or moves.
MOVE: You want the Pokemon in question to move to the tier it was nominated to.
SAMPLE VOTE:
Feebas CHANGE
Health Wing KEEP
Shuckle ABSTAIN
In this case, Feebas would be moved to a new tier, Health Wing would stay where it was, and nobody cares about Shuckle.
A good way to think of this is a point system. Every Pokemon starts at 0. Move is +1, Stay is -1, and Abstain is nothing. If it is a positive number at the end, the Pokemon moves. If it is negative, it stays. In the case of a zero, it is a tie and the Pokemon stays by default.

Red Card Forces the user's opponent to switch when the user is hit with an offensive move.
Wide Lens Raises accuracy by 10% of the current accuracy.
Scope Lens Doubles the chance for the user to critically hit.
Soul Dew Makes Lati@s broken by giving them a boost to their Special Attack and Special Defense with no drawback.
