like i'm sorry that i believe it would work better in another tier but that's just my opinion. Luterra really does shit in Standard, why not try it in Creative? you can still use it in Standard too just it could be tested down in a lower tier to see if it is more dominant or not there.

That was exactly what I said lol, it's a weaker Technician user than any of them.

The thing with caps is we all feel there's a bit of us in there, so we want to keep them playable at the maximum level, understand?:p

We will not be making CAPs for Creative. I'll put together a bit of a vision statement for CAP so you guys understand why I have all these opinions no one expects.

Ok, to clarify, we're not voting down CAPs to CAP Creative this vote. We have to give the owners of the CAPs time to change their CAPs around to be more suitable for standard, or to at least give the CAP owners in question time to make that decision about their CAP.

It ends on Monday, I'm fairly sure. We just wanted to make sure we get one weekend in order to vote.

Is the vote officially over?  I haven't seen any posts stating the final vote yet.

If nothing happens in the next couple of days, I can just make the final post myself.  I just want to make sure that this vote is 'over' first.
