First, where (which tier) are you using Vigorith? It may help me and others give you suggestions with more insight.
Anyway, my thoughts:
Give it 252 HP EVs instead of 252 Def EVs. The HP EVs will, in general, make Vigorith more bulky all around, instead of purely being physically defensive.
I guess for that kind of set, it should have these moves:
Slack Off
Body Slam / Return (if you can get 102 base power for return)
Bulk Up (outclasses both Hone Claws and Curse; it boosts attack and defense without dropping speed)
Earthquake / Night Slash / Fire Punch
For the last slot, your move really depends on what you want to hit. Earthquake covers Steel / rock Pokemon, but you lose out to levitating Ghosts. Night Slash lets you hit Ghost Pokemon, but you get walled by steel Pokemon. Fire Punch hits Steel Pokemon and most Ghost Pokemon neutrally. Don't use Aerial Ace or Amnesia, as they are simply not the best moves for Vigorith. Vigorith isn't going to be doing too much to most Fighting Pokemon anyway, and Aerial Ace and Body Slam don't have good coverage at all.
