Hi, Immanency, or sostenutoMonarch, here. I was known for my RMTs back on the old site, so I guess I should post one here.
The idea first came to me when I was talking in the main PO chat, discussing different sets for Scrafty. The first set was the Bulk Up set, which I have always thought of as inferior. I term this set "Gluttony", because players tend to overdo the setup. Second is the DD set, which I term "Dragonborn," for obvious reasons.
I decided to make yet another team centered around showing off DD Scrafty. I've had two or three or four in the past, and I've usually ended up hitting on something that really works... but it's never the Scrafty. It's almost always the SCARFED HYDREIGON or the PsyFightDark Core or something. Never the Scrafty.
I think I've changed that.

Aar Grah (Scizor) (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Pursuit
Aar Grah- Servant Battle
Scizor is the most recent addition to my team, replacing Tentacruel. Scizor checks Alakazam and Terrakion, who fucked my team over. He's pretty cool guy. eh kills Terrakion and doesn't afraid of anything.
Standard set is standard because it's tried and true.
Dovahkiin (Scrafty) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Drain Punch
- Crunch
- Dragon Dance
- Ice Punch
There is one they fear. In their tongue... Dovahkiin. Dragonborn. FUS RO DAH!
Scrafty kicks ass. Jolly so that at +1, I can outrun base 110+speed and below. That means when Latios doesn't kill me with Draco as I DD, I OHKO with Crunch. Any set that runs full offensive EVs, Jolly, and DD works well, and because of the presence of DD, I refer to it as a Dragonborn set.
Feyndwiin (Heatran) (M) @ Air Balloon
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
Feyndwiin- Bane Steel
I cannot tell you how many times Heatran has won me games. The Specially Defensive set is "better," and so more used, but this set is unbelievably good. Surprise, half your team is dead. Heatran also counters sun teams despite not being the specially defensive set, which is AMAZING. Feyndwiin, you have pulled your weight.
Stealth Rock is so that Feyndwiin can always have a use, even when put up against a rain team.
Silkrokendov (Latios) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Dragon Pulse
- Surf
Silkrokendov- Soul Sorcerer Warrior
SubCM Latios. Fast, deadly. Been a secret weapon of this team forever. I really wish there was room for Recover. Perhaps testing Recover>Surf would be beneficial for overall team structure; then, however, Latios may be better as Latias. Either way, this shall be tested. Silkrokendov may yet become Sildunkulaas- Soul Grace Princess.
Ahkroniidal (Haxorus) (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Mold Breaker
EVs: 36 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 216 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Dual Chop
- Brick Break
Ahkroniidal- Hunter Conqueror Destroyer
It's a banded Haxorus. It's difficult to explain the inner workings of a banded Haxorus for the exact same reasons as it is to explain the workings of a mace.
Faasnu Dwiin (Ferrothorn) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Spikes
- Power Whip
- Leech Seed
- Protect
Faasnu Dwiin- Fearless Steel
I have determined this set to be the most viable. Other than that, it's a standard specially defensive Ferrothorn. It takes hits. It is unbreakable. That's it.
