Well I'm Frost. I run and manage our gym league, so if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask. I wouldn't consider myself a veteran here, nor anyone of exceptional skill, however, I won't hand over a badge easily; so be prepared to put up a fight.

Rules:
-You must register the 8 Pokemon you will use throughout the League Challenge here. You may not use any other Pokemon against any gym, this gym included, than the 8 Pokemon you register there.
-You may only challenge this gym once per day
-I, the leader, must use at least 4 Ghost type Pokemon, the other two can be whatever type I want.
This Gym has no Special Ban
-For the best chance for your challenge to be accepted, challenge during my shift.
