I don't think that you mean to double post...but please try not to double post.
Anyway, Evolite teams simply are not the greatest teams to use, as they are usually just outclassed by better options.
If you want to try to win with this kind of team, here are my suggestions:
1. Change Dusclops around a little bit. Give it an impish nature instead of the Brave nature, and give it the moves Pain Split, Night Shade, Will-o-Wisp, and Earthquake
2. Change Vigorith for Chansey. Chansey and Dusclops work pretty well together, as they resist each others weaknesses for the most part, and they both are decent walls. For Chansey, give it a Calm nature, give it Max HP and Def EVs, and give it moves like Seismic Toss, Softboiled, Thunder Wave, and Wish.
3. Change Magneton around a little bit. You have analytic on your Magneton, so I would try to take advantage of that. Give Magneton a Quiet nature, and give it the moves Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Volt Switch, and Hidden Power Fire. And yes, here, Double Team is considered to be an illegal move.
4. Change Magmar for Zweilous. Zweilous hits pretty hard, due to its ability Hustle, and due to its access to Outrage. It also has passable defenses, so Evolite will help it last a little while. Give it an Adamant nature, max Attack and HP EVs, and give it moves like Outrage, Crunch, Superpower, and Aqua Tail.
5. Change out Golbat for Scyther. Golbat just doesn't hit that hard, and Scyther is faster and stronger than Golbat anyway. Scyther also has a handy resistance to Fighting moves, which helps because three team members are weak to fighting moves.
6. For Philoswine, give it a Adamant nature instead of the Brave nature.
